But with more competition for our time and attention than ever before, it takes a more thoughtful approach to sell people on the idea of the work that goes into a community and the value that goes in and out of it.
This week we’re taking a look at community and how to best position it as a benefit an opportunity so that members and prospective members see the value in their engagement – whether it be as a volunteer, Board member, chapter member, or something else entirely!
Recently named Speaker of the Year by NACE and featured in Inc Magazine, Rachel's high-energy keynotes and programs have served conference and annual meeting audiences from Spain to Seattle, and will soon be seen on the TEDx stage!

Rachel loves associations - she currently serves as International Director of Education for WIPA, is a long time NACE member and likes her margaritas on the rocks.
