So Thanksgiving is happening Thursday, November 22nd and what does that mean? Pumpkin pie, family gatherings, and a reminder for all of us to be thankful.

There are all kinds of magazines that I’ve seen pushing gratitude and telling us why we’ll be healthier, happier, and more successful if we practice gratitude.

But will we really? And how do we do a better job of practicing gratitude, anyway?
